RUSSIA AND JAPAN
Russia and Japan in the Pacific Ocean never signed a peace treaty formally ending World War II. These two neighboring countries are still at war, at least on paper.
The two countries have been army rivals in the Pacific for extra than a century.
The Soviet Union declared a struggle with Japan in the final month of World War II, so this struggle had been exceedingly short.
